 Trouble Shooting Problems with Authorize.net
Solution Below are things to check when troubleshooting why online processor is not working properly.

Card Code Field:
Make sure the Card Code Field is checked (selected). The Card Code Field in the Virtual Terminal will not import data if this field is not selected.
- Log into your Authorize.net account.
- Select the Side Navigation Button – Settings (Under ACCOUNT area)
- Locate Security Settings area on page.
- Select Card Code Verification link located under the Basic Fraud Settings subtitle.

This is the area in which the Card Code Field must be selected.
